6. Vendor Responsibilities

7. Termination
- By Vendor: Vendors may terminate their account at any time by providing written notice.
- By GlobalEduShare: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate vendor accounts for violations of these terms or any applicable laws.

- Disclaimer: Global Edu Share is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from vendor activities.
- Indemnification: Vendors agree to indemnify and hold harmless GlobalEduShare from any claims arising out of their listings or conduct.
